We understand how important a proper fitting saddle is for you and your horse, so we offer a 10-day trial period on all saddles. Along with your saddle (English saddles only), you will receive a free saddle cover and stirrup leather protectors, which are yours to keep if you choose to keep the saddle (if not, we kindly ask them to be returned with the saddle). The stirrup leather protectors are to be used during the trial period to protect the flaps from rubs. All saddles are fully refundable as long as they come back in their original condition and within the 10-day trial period.

TRIAL PERIOD FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES:
The trial period starts the day the saddle is purchased at the store and must be returned within 10 days from the purchase date.

TRIAL PERIOD FOR ONLINE/IN-STORE PICK UP ORDERS:
The trial period starts the day the order is processed for pick up. Please check your emails (including junk and spam folders) for the pick up confirmation. The saddle must be returned within 10 days from the date the order was processed, not from the date of pick-up (example: if the saddle was picked up 5 days after processing, you would only have 5 days remaining for the trial period). If the saddle has not been picked up after 10 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded, with the saddle being released back into our in-store inventory.

TRIAL PERIOD FOR SHIPPED SADDLES:
The trial period starts the day the saddle is delivered, or the day the delivery notice card is left. We understand that delivery takes a bit of time, so we don't expect to receive returned saddles within 10 days, however, it must be on its way back to us within 10 days from delivery. Please let us know if you are returning a saddle that has been shipped to you.

Any saddles that are kept after 10 days are considered sold and may not be eligible for a return or refund. If a situation arises where a saddle cannot be returned during the trial period, please contact us first and we may be able to give you a few extra days with the saddle.
