**Please be aware: If you're in a "transition size" (6 7/8 - 7 1/4), please pay attention to the S, M or L next to the size of liner you wish to order. This refers to the Small, Medium or Large shell size. If you're not sure what shell size you have, there should be a sticker on the inside of your helmet (under the liner) indicating S, M or L, along with the size range.

Each Samshield helmet shell is "adjustable" by 4-5 sizes, simply by changing the size of liner
Small Samshield shell fits liners sized 6 3/8-6 3/4 (plus 6 7/8S)
Medium Samshield shell fits liners sized 6 7/8-7 1/8 (plus 7 1/4M)
Large Samshield shell fits liners sized 7 1/4-7 3/4* (plus 7 1/8L)
