The comfortable chinstrap features a quick- release easy-adjust Velcro closure and the IRG4's moisture wicking removable liner is machine washable. ASTM F1163-15.

Small - 15 (6 5/8 - 6 3/4)
Medium - 16 (6 7/8 - 7)
Large - 17 (7 1/8 - 7 1/4)
X-Lg - 18 (7 3/8)

Fitting Guide:
Small helmet-
If the 8mm liner in the helmet is a little too small, try the 5mm liner included with the helmet.  
If it still feels too small with the 5mm liner, go up to the Medium helmet.

Medium Helmet-
If the helmet feels too big with the 3mm liner, go down to the Small helmet.  
If the helmet feels too small with the 3mm liner inside, switch for the 2mm liner included with the helmet.
If the helmet still feels too small with the 2mm liner, go up to a Large helmet.

Large Helmet-
If the helmet feels too big with the 8mm liner, go down to the Melium helmet.  
If the helmet feels too small with the 8mm liner inside, switch for the 5mm liner included with the helmet.
If the helmet still feels too small with the 5mm liner, go up to an Extra Large helmet.

X Large Helmet-
If the helmet feels too big with the 3mm liner, go down to the Large helmet.  
If the helmet feels too small with the 3mm liner inside, switch for the 2mm liner included with the helmet.
If the helmet still feels too small with the 2mm liner, you may need a different model
